Why KSI and You Can Both God and No That Isn't a Joke.
A few months ago, some of the world’s most popular YouTubers got together to participate in a massive live streamed event. The anticipation leading up to the fight was chaotic and certainly fun because of the two fighter’s who were to headline the event. These headliners were none other than KSI, and Logan Paul.
In the weeks leading up to the fight, the two men sat down in front of each other for an interview. Within this interview, these men did what most men who want to kill each other do, talk a bunch of sh*t. Being a student of body language and vocal tonality, I took interest in the interview.
Things eventually got heated, and the moment of the interview that struck me and has had me thinking for months was when KSI calmly utters within the chaos, “I am a God.”
The words were so confidently articulated that Logan Paul was taken back, his body language gave into KSI’s frame as he uncomfortably rubbed his hands together and claims that he is, “starting to believe it (his belief that he is a God).”. Even when Logan tries to steal back the frame on countless occasions, KSI stays routed within his own. Also notice that KSI then ends this interaction with, “this is called being natural, this is my natural state.”
If you want to see the clip for yourself, I will drop the below under this line. The moment that I want you to study starts at 4:36 and ends at 5:27.

Now KSI and Logan Paul are both mortal men, and both has certainly have made mistakes in the past. So what can compel KSI to claim that he is a God, and get a reaction from another human being that says he actually believes that about himself. Let me explain how I finally came to a conclusion on this matter.
Perhaps you are religious, perhaps you are not, but we have all heard the concept of God. The definition is different for everyone, but I want you to take a second to envision your version of God. I am going to assume that you think of a bearded man who pulls the strings of the universe and everyone in it. Perhaps he is dressed in white, looks like he can bestow plenty of wisdom (and believe me it can), almost as if he was your grandfather.
Well, I am here to ask you to think about getting rid of the human element of God, and instead focus on what God truly is fundamentally. God is an entity that has the answers to perfection, the soul definition of your truest self. To be with God is to be in a state of perfection, where everything in your life is in harmony and in sync. The ability to be moral and act with control and embrace chaos. God is perfect, he does nothing wrong, there is no suffering that comes to it. When he let Adam and Eve live within his kingdom, the two suffered nothing.
Now take a moment where you have suffered loss, and take a moment where you have experienced a high in life. These moments carry an emotional weight that you have to sort out and understand to derive the perfect balance of order and chaos. The definition of that place is simply having true meaning. This is why all your memories have emotional weight to them, or taught you lessons. If you cannot think about a particular situation in peace, then you are failing to derive the meaning from the situation. If your memories have no emotional weight, then you have figured out the lessons you have learned from the situation and have mostly likely implemented them into your version of being.
This is why went someone unexpectedly dies, you are angry at God and ask why. This is also why when a stroke of luck happens to come your way, you are appreciative and thank God. When you are questioning things both good and bad, you are in reality having a conversation with God when you are trying to search for meaning.
So if we put this in plain English, what God actually is the perfect version of yourself with all your meaning discovered. It is the version of you that knows can answer the questions you cannot find the answers to.
The story of Adam and Eve in Genesis is simply outlining this point. It says that we were once part of God’s kingdom, where everything is perfect, and suffering is non-existent. The two did not have to worry about thinking, and they did not have to worry about death. Once the two were tricked into eating the forbidden fruit, they were banished by God to a place of suffering where they would have to have a conscience mind and eventual death.
Had Adam and Eve stayed morally perfect, well we would still all be in God’s kingdom. Their inability to control chaos cost them a chance at everlasting paradise, and every single person is no different. We will never be able to be perfect, we can get pretty damn close if we choose to act in accordance with our moral compass. However, we can have moments of perfection. This is where we bring back KSI.
KSI claimed he was a God, because within the moment he was the ultimate version of himself. His mind was not engaged with other areas of his life, his focus was completely on Logan Paul and their interaction. Within this silver of a moment, he was acting in accordance with what he believed to be the highest version of himself. He was completely centered and balanced between order and chaos. He was in his most natural state that he could possibly be in. He was God, and that is why Logan could feel it.
So I ask you to think about God a little differently, think of yourself as your own God. Follow your moral compass always, and find answers within your values that make you a complete and fulfilled human being. The truth is we all will have moments when we are God. You will experience moments with your higher self that are unquestioned, where you possess complete conviction, perfectly tight roping the line between chaos and control. So make decisions from this place, and you will reveal your highest self to the world.
