Find Your Happy Place

Life is always going to be filled with stresses of some sort. We always have things to do, and we always have goals that we need to achieve. If we were not putting ourselves under strain, we would all achieve nothing and then die.
Sounds kind of grim, but it is the reality of why you have a job, friends, and interests in your life. In order to live, we must keep living, if we stop, then we allow ourselves to die emotionally, then eventually physically.
So yes, stress is in fact a good thing, until it becomes a bit overwhelming.
We all lose our emotional state from time to time, that comes with being a human, but when it does happen we all need a place to go to relax.
Perhaps that is within the depths of your mind, perhaps it is physical.
The photo you see is from my happy place, my beach house.

I go here whenever I feel rushed or pressured. I go here when I need remind to myself that I am valuable. I go here when I need to meditate on my current issues in life, and how I want to respond.
Either way, this is a place where you can go to just forget about life for a while and be alone with yourself. There is no judging, no thoughts, just a sense of inner peace.
So I encourage you to find this place, and allow yourself to go there for however long you need.
It is okay to let go for a little bit to forget about the stress and how you want to move forward. If you do not, then you will find yourself going crazier and crazier by the second.
You need to stop the negative loops by recognizing them, stepping away into your happy place, then returning to the issue with a game plan moving forward.
Now I am going to go enjoy the sound of the waves, reading, and some meditation.
